You will get better over time, just keep swooping and make sure the bag is closed to not lose air when you aren’t swooping it.
Once the inflatable lounger/ banana chair is 70-80% filled with air push the opening straps together and start folding them into the bag.
As you fold the entire thing will become more taught and filled with air. Make sure you have enough material for 3-4 folds before you buckle the ends together.
